frame kit for à la carte inline bike mounting

Start from scratch with our expertise to bring your ideal bike to life, starting with a frame kit. Then we meticulously assemble your bike, part by part, in our workshop in the Isère region of France.

In addition to our customized mounting service, discover our custom mounting option for your wheels. We offer you the opportunity to ride with the mounting that perfectly matches your needs and driving style.

It all starts with the choice of frame kit, selected by you and our joint expertise, taking into account your practice, your requirements and your budget.

Once all the components have been carefully selected, we bring your dream bike to life. Your vision guides every step of the way, and we're here to make it happen.

Why offer an à la carte assembly service?

At ATV-CYCLES, we firmly believe that customized assembly is the essence of a passion for cycling.

Unlike a bike from a standard catalog, each component can be adapted to suit your preferences. This customization is made possible by assembling each bike individually, away from factory production lines, allowing us to devote the time needed to bring your custom project to life.

We're planning to offer an online personalized assembly service. You might wonder what's new about this approach. Nothing so far, is there? But our vision goes further: we want to offer a varied selection of frame kits from different brands to build our assemblies, maximizing component compatibility.

This ambition requires a meticulous inventory of each component and its specific features. Eventually, our personalized assembly tool will enable you to visualize the possible configurations for each device, depending on your choice of equipment and your cycling style.

In the meantime, don't hesitate to contact us via the form above to discuss your customized project.

Some of the frame brands we'd like to offer à la carte: CHIRU BIKES, VELCAN, TIME, FRM, YETI, INSTINCTIV BIKE, BOMBTRACK, SALSA CYCLES, OLYMPIA, SURLY, HOPE and many others.

Geometry comparator

You can use this online application to compare the geometries of bikes from different manufacturers, to determine which bike is best suited to your personal needs.

The main purpose of this application is geometry comparison. You can load geometry data from a database and compare them in a table and graphic overlay.

There are over 20,000 different geometries in the database. These data

geometries focus on mountain bikes, road bikes and gravel bikes from manufacturers

national and international. You can also enter your own geometries.

Click here to start the comparison: https: //www.bike-stats.de/en/

And there's also an Android app!

Each geometry induces a different bike behavior. The aim of this tool is to provide clear, detailed information about a frame.

At ATV CYCLES, we use it regularly to configure our set-ups, compare several solutions and find the right match between terrain and rider.

TRANSMISSION COnFIGURATOR

This development calculator graphically displays speed and development (in inches or meters) for all combinations of a derailleur or hub transmission with integrated gears.

Hubs, chainrings and sprockets can be chosen from drop-down lists or selected by dragging the chainring and sprocket symbols.

Unused transmissions, chainrings and sprockets can be removed by moving them to the left.

The tire size can be selected from the drop-down list or, alternatively, the tire circumference in millimeters can be entered manually.

Of course, the calculator doesn't know your personal performance. So it's best to start with the gearing data of a bike you're used to, for example the gears you use often, or the teeth you miss at certain speeds.

The calculator starts with a conventional 2×10 mountain bike.

The comparison option allows you to find better combinations for your riding style. You can also compare two bikes with different tire sizes. The maximum chain angle (chain crossover) shows which combinations should be avoided.
