The Brake Authority manufacturing process is based on a sintering technology at over 1200°C, inherited from French expertise in the railway, automotive and motorcycle sectors. This manufacturing method consists of compressing a mixture of mineral powders (copper, bronze, iron, ceramics, graphite) containing at least ten carefully dosed components. The resulting piece is then brazed onto a copper metal backing and fired at very high temperature, creating an exceptional molecular bond. This process guarantees a homogeneous structure and optimal heat resistance, even during prolonged or intensive braking.
