The Auvray Megalock frame lock is the ideal solution for your quick stops in the city. Compact, robust and always in place on the bike, it effectively blocks the rear wheel in just seconds with a simple turn of the key. ART 2-star certified by the Dutch foundation, it offers recognized protection for conventional and electric bikes. Compatible with chain or cable to secure your bike to a fixed point, this horseshoe lock combines practicality and reliability.

Robust security architecture

• Cemented hardened steel shackle Ø 9-10 mm: ultra-resistant to sawing and cutting or pincer attacks, it provides proven mechanical protection.
• Lacquered steel body and ABS housing: dual-material construction that resists impacts, corrosion and weather for maximum durability.
• Anti-picking cylinder: secure mechanism that blocks manipulation opening attempts, with automatic unlocking to simplify daily use.
• 62 mm passage width: opening suitable for tires up to 60 mm thick, compatible with most city bikes, hybrid bikes, mountain bikes and e-bikes.

Permanent mounting and extended compatibility

• Direct mounting on frame chainstays: the lock screws securely to the frame using the 2 supplied M5 12 mm screws. Always in place, it eliminates the risk of forgetting it at home.
• Integrated hole for chain or cable: allows connection of a Lasso Plug chain (ref. 168945) or additional cable to attach the bike to a stand or fixed point, thus combining frame protection and complete security.
• Reversible key system: 2 milled keys included to facilitate insertion and daily use, even in darkness or rain.
