An ergonomic and braking revolution

SRAM has completely redesigned the Rival AXS E1 shifter architecture, moving the brake lever pivot higher: this reduces by 80% the effort required to brake from the hoods. The ultra-lightweight carbon brake lever and the new optimized hood shape now accommodate a much wider range of hand sizes. The reach adjustment (Reach Adjust) has been expanded and the design eliminates any risk of finger pinching during hard braking. One-finger braking is effective from the tops or the drops, offering total control in all circumstances.

AXS wireless technology and intuitive eTap logic

• AXS connectivity: setup, customization and monitoring via the SRAM AXS app on smartphone. You can check battery level, customize controls, activate sequential or compensating mode, and receive maintenance reminders.
