Technical Overview

Designed and developed in Germany by Fidlock, this handlebar mounting base exploits an innovative physical principle: neodymium magnets automatically guide and center your smartphone on the base, while a vacuum suction system is instantly triggered as soon as significant forces (shocks, vibrations, cobblestones) stress the mount. The result: ultra-secure retention that withstands the worst riding conditions, from gravel to technical single-tracks.

This base is part of the Fidlock VACUUM modular system. It works with all dedicated VACUUM protective cases (iPhone, Samsung, universal models) or with the universal VACUUM adhesive patch that attaches to any existing case. The base alone is delivered without case or patch, to be ordered separately according to your smartphone.

Usage and Tips

Position the base on your handlebar, secure it with the appropriate clamp (or hose clamps for non-standard diameters). Bring your smartphone equipped with a VACUUM case or patch close: the magnetic guidance automatically centers the device, the suction locks instantly. To remove, press the side lever: the vacuum releases, the phone detaches smoothly. System tested and approved on single-tracks, gravel, cobblestones and technical descents.
