Performance and compatibility

Result of a complete redesign and new manufacturing technologies with 37 progressive forming steps, the XX1 Eagle chain achieves extreme machining tolerances. The plates start from a flatter steel sheet, enabling ultra-consistent riveting and unmatched overall strength. E-Bike certified, it withstands high torque while maintaining a featherweight of 239 g for 114 links. Compatible exclusively with SRAM X-Sync 2 chainrings and Eagle 10-50 or 10-52 tooth cassettes, it is incompatible with Shimano chainrings. Designed for Eagle single-chainring drivetrains (XX1, X01, GX, NX) mechanical and AXS.

Contents and installation

Supplied in 126 links (to be adjusted according to chainstay length and cassette size), the chain includes a single-use PowerLock Eagle 12-speed link. Installation requires no specific tools thanks to the quick connector. Respect the directionality of the PowerLock during assembly (indicated on the link). For 12-speed drivetrains, given the tight tolerances, each PowerLock must only be used once.
