Brake Authority Burly BA4041B brake pads represent braking excellence made in France for your Formula Oro brakes (K18, K24, Puro, Bianco). Developed in collaboration with Fabien Barel, DH world champion, these high-performance sintered metal pads combine power, exceptional longevity and environmental respect. The nickel-free NoNitech compound guarantees progressive and easy-to-modulate braking, optimized for XC, All-Mountain, Enduro and E-Bike riding.

Performance and optimal modulation

The high-density sintered Burly compound offers remarkable braking progressivity, allowing millimeter-precise power control. Pre-bedded at the factory, these pads are immediately operational after installation, without a long bedding-in phase. The exclusive formulation based on more than 16 metals ensures consistent power across all operating temperatures, up to over 400°C, without fading. The initial bite is sharp while maintaining excellent modulation, ideal for technical downhill riding or long Enduro outings where control is paramount.

Compatibility and installation

These BA4041B pads are specifically designed for 2-piston Formula Oro brakes: Oro, Oro K18, Oro K24, Oro Puro and Oro Bianco. Note: they are not compatible with Formula Cura, Cura 4, RX or The One systems which use different pad shapes. Each set contains 1 pair (2 pads) with spring included, which is the equipment for one caliper (order 2 pairs for a complete bike). Installation is simple and quick, with no modification required to your braking system. Always check that your brakes are working properly before each ride.
