The Cyclite Handle Bar Aero Bag / 01 embodies the revolution of modern bikepacking: an ultralight 4.9-liter handlebar bag that combines optimized aerodynamics, extreme durability, and total waterproofing. Developed in Bavaria by ultra-distance enthusiasts, this front bag redefines performance standards thanks to its streamlined shape that reduces aerodynamic drag while offering generous storage volume and instant access to contents.

Technical Highlights

• Ultralight and modular: Only 208 g with reinforcement frame (removable to drop to 139 g in racing configuration), to preserve riding dynamics and maximize energy efficiency on long distances.
• Exclusive LiteGrid-RN200T3 material: High-density 200D nylon 6.6 ripstop woven using proprietary technique, double-sided TPU/PU3 coated then high-frequency welded. Result: maximum abrasion and tear resistance, minimal weight, easy maintenance (even in white version).
• Absolute waterproofing: HF welded seams and wraparound waterproof zipper guarantee total content protection, even in heavy rain.
• Patented aerodynamic shape: Streamlined tapered profile that guides airflow, reducing frontal resistance and optimizing speed — a decisive advantage in gravel, bikepacking, and ultra-distance.
• Versatile Power Straps attachment: Universal mounting under aero extensions (optimal position), on standard handlebars (with support on stem or fork crown), carbon compatible. Ultra-resistant Velcro straps for silent, vibration-free hold, even on rough trails.

Practical Features

• Quick access while riding: Large wraparound waterproof zipper allowing opening from both sides, to grab rain jacket, hydration bladder, or snack without getting off the bike.
• Intelligent organization: Spacious main compartment + 2 elastic mesh side pockets (ideal for trash, gel, multi-tools). Integrated GPS tracker attachment on top, covered cable/tube port at rear (hydration, USB charger).
• Visibility and safety: Large reflective pattern for optimal detection at night or in poor visibility.
• Combinable with Handle Bar Roll Bag: The Aero bag positions in front, the roll bag attaches behind to maximize front capacity and balance weight with a rear saddle bag (Cyclite modular system).

Compatibility and Mounting

Optimal mounting under aero extensions (triathlon, gravel, ultra), alone or combined with the Handle Bar Roll Bag. Also usable on standard handlebars (road, gravel, MTB) by resting against the fork crown or steerer tube — the included long attachment straps ensure stability. Compatible with all handlebar types, including carbon. The included frame protection film prevents scratches.

Eco-Responsible Commitment

Cyclite, founded in 2020 in Grassau (Bavarian Alps) by Christoph Kirsch and Max Barnsteiner, is a member of 1% for the Planet. The brand prioritizes recycled nylon and resource-efficient production. The bags are developed and tested in Germany, materials come from Taiwan, high-frequency assembly (technology not available in Europe) is performed in China.

Available Variants

• Black: EAN 0047793096384 / Ref. B-2021-003-05-900 — discreet finish, versatile, easy maintenance.
• Light Gray: EAN 0047793096391 / Ref. B-2021-003-05-101 — modern aesthetic, double-sided coating facilitating cleaning even in light color.

Both variants share the same technical characteristics (volume, weight, materials, features) and the same performance level. The choice is made according to your aesthetic preferences and harmony with your bike.
