Proprietary technical fabric LiteGrid-RN200T3

The heart of the performance lies in the exclusive LiteGrid-RN200T3 material, developed specifically by Cyclite. This 200 denier Ripstop fabric combines two types of recycled nylon fibers (N6 and N6.6) woven using a special technique, then coated on both sides with a TPU/PU3 coating. Seams are high-frequency welded to eliminate any risk of infiltration. Result: an ultralight, tear-resistant, easy-to-clean fabric that is completely waterproof even under prolonged heavy rain. The internal carbon reinforcement and aluminum hooks ensure perfect dimensional stability without wobbling, even on rough terrain.

SR anti-vibration mounting system

• Quick-opening aluminum hooks: attachment and removal in seconds, without tools.
• Internal carbon reinforcement (CF strip): rigid structure support to prevent lateral or vertical swaying, even when standing or on technical trails.
• Adjustable tension straps (PP): optimal load distribution under saddle rails, universal compatibility with seatposts up to 6 cm wide (aluminum, carbon).
• Minimum clearance required: 21 cm between the bottom of the seat stays and the rear tire (suspension compressed for full-suspension MTB), guaranteeing zero contact even with large travel.

Eco-responsible commitment and manufacturing

Cyclite, founded in 2020 in Grassau (Bavaria) by Christoph Kirsch and Max Barnsteiner, integrates recycled nylon 6.6 into the LiteGrid-RN200T3 fabric, offering the same mechanical properties as virgin nylon (abrasion resistance, strength, durability). Member of 1% for the Planet, the brand donates 1% of its revenue to environmental associations. Design and testing take place in Germany; high-frequency welding of the fine fabric is carried out in China (the only country with waterproof lamination technology and suppliers capable of welding such thin materials with precision). Custom-made bags (Custom Frame Bag) are produced in Halle an der Saale (Germany).
