Designed by Cyclite in the Bavarian Alps, this Nano bag is part of an award-winning range that pushes the limits of weight-to-strength ratio thanks to the proprietary technical fabric LiteGrid-RN200T3.

LiteGrid-RN200T3 Material: Cyclite Innovation

The LiteGrid-RN200T3 fabric constitutes the technological core of all Cyclite products. This proprietary material results from a complex ripstop weave combining recycled nylon 6 and nylon 6.6 (the 6.6 being the Cyclite reinforcement fiber, more durable and high-performing). After weaving, the textile receives a TPU/PU3 coating applied on both sides with thickness calibrated to the micron to maximize lightness without compromising waterproofing. The panels are then high-frequency welded (RF welding), completely eliminating stitching and creating a hermetic barrier against water. This process guarantees exceptional resistance to tears, abrasion and UV, while remaining extremely light and easy to maintain.

Sustainability Commitment

Cyclite demonstrates a strong commitment to sustainability: use of recycled nylon PA/N6.6 200D, resource-optimized production, and participation in the 1% for the Planet program. Founded in 2020 by two experienced bikepackers in Grassau (Upper Bavaria), the brand tests all its products in real conditions in the Chiemgau Alps before commercialization.
